I achieved a phenomenal gain of 100 lbs bodyweight over my starting bodyweight when I started training. My goal then was to get as big and as strong as I could. I also show 2 other photos of me in great shape at different bodyweights according to the goal, one of which was just to look good for the beach(that is the photo of my torso in the yellow tank top) and the other was when I was doing lots of bicycle racing, mountain biking and triathlons. Just want to show what can be achieved.
